Site Safety and Coordination (D.Lgs. 81/08)

With over twenty years of professional experience – originating from the qualification obtained in 2005 (formerly D.Lgs. 494/96) and continuously updated under D.Lgs. 81/2008 – the Practice operates as an expert in safety management for temporary and mobile construction sites of all scales and complexities.

• Comprehensive Appointments and Public Works: Safety Coordination during both the Design (CSP) and Execution (CSE) phases, managed directly for private clients as well as within public works projects.
• Inter-Studio Collaborations: Specialist consultancy and appointment as Safety Coordinator on behalf of external professional practices and contracting firms.
• Technical Planning: Drafting of Safety and Coordination Plans (PSC), File of the Works (Fascicolo dell’Opera), and analysis of Operational Safety Plans (POS) for residential, artisanal, agricultural, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Fire Prevention Consultancy and Procedures
Since its earliest years of practice, the Firm has developed technical solutions for the fire safety upgrading of buildings and activities subject to Fire Service controls, managing the entire authorization process from preliminary analysis to final compliance.

• Complex and Industrial Activities: Design and submission of project evaluations (esami progetto) for mechanical workshops, processing plants (rubber, wood), wineries, and storage facilities.
• Public and Hospitality Buildings: Fire safety upgrades and regulatory compliance for healthcare facilities, hotels, and buildings intended for public or collective use.
• Storage Systems: Authorization procedures for the installation of LPG tanks and cylinders for residential and production uses.
• Fire Service Liaison: Assistance in preparing applications and submitting the Certified Notification of Activity Commencement (SCIA Antincendio) for obtaining and renewing compliance certificates.
