Eng. Luca Protasi serves as a Court-Appointed Technical Expert (CTU) for the Judiciary, as well as a Party-Appointed Technical Expert (CTP) assisting private clients, corporations, public entities, and law firms, guaranteeing objective, transparent, and technically sound evaluations.
Our key areas of intervention include:
- Court-Appointed Technical Consultations (CTU): Execution of expert assignments granted by the Judicial Authority in civil proceedings, focusing on construction, structural, seismic, cadastral, and boundary disputes, strictly adhering to the queries defined by the Court.
