AGRICULTURAL-ENVIRONMENTAL LONG-TERM BUSINESS PLANS (PAPMAA)

Small improvement plans carried out by the firm independently or major plans executed as part of a work group with the help of agronomists, dealing with the entire process, including the procedure to obtain all the authorisations required and the implementation of the works provided by a plan.

APPRAISALS

Appraisals, estimates, technical assessments required by the Court in civil or bankruptcy cases, as an expert witness (CTU), or as a party-appointed expert (CTP), are all services provided by the firm in this sector. The utmost professionalism and constant updates are the strengths of the firm and of Luca Protasi, who attended a CTU specialisation course in 2012 and a course on MCA statistical methods in 2013, to name a few.

CADASTRAL SURVEYOR ACTIVITIES

This range of services is one of the main activities carried out by the firm, which had the chance to deal with many cadastral survey plans (cadastral maps, parcelling, etc. …) for the updating of cadastral maps,  demarcation of cadastral borders (also with many border points), cadastral registrations for all categories and buildings of any size and use.
