Established in 2002 (following an internship period started in August 1999) with a strong specialization in architectural design and surveying, Studio Protasi is today a multidisciplinary partner in the fields of Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Integrated Management. In over 27 years of activity, we have combined the technical accuracy of our origins with solid regulatory and operational expertise. Under the direct coordination of Eng. Luca Protasi, and supported by expert specialists across various professional fields, the Studio offers 360° expertise for the protection, development, and management of real estate assets.

Studio Protasi is built upon a solid professional foundation serving the local territory, private clients, and public entities. What is now a multidisciplinary firm is the result of over twenty-seven years of direct field experience, gained through thousands of hours dedicated to design, construction site management, architectural and topographic surveys, consulting, and property management.
A Path of Continuous Growth
Our philosophy is based on constant evolution. Born with a strong technical footprint in architectural design, urban-building analysis, land registry, safety, and instrumental surveying, the Studio has successfully renewed itself year after year. The recent enrollment of Luca Protasi in the Register of Engineers (Section A) represents the natural culmination of this journey: not a starting point, but an expansion of the studio’s potential towards Civil Engineering, offering more structured solutions to an increasingly demanding clientele.
Operational Experience and Technological Support
The Studio’s approach remains unchanged: pragmatism and precision. Our deep understanding of construction site dynamics and urban planning procedures has always been supported by cutting-edge technology. The Studio has invested in top-tier instrumentation since its inception: from the historic Topcon GPT 6003 Total Station (purchased in 2003 and then pioneering for “reflectorless” measurements) to modern integrated GPS/GNSS Geomax receivers, alongside a Geomax robotic total station. Today, thanks to our synergy with 3Dimensiony S.r.l.s., we integrate 3D Laser Scanner surveys into our services, ensuring a millimeter-accurate database for every project.
Multidisciplinary Vision

- From architectural to structural design, including construction site safety management (Legislative Decree 81/08);
- From urban compliance management to acting as an Expert Technical Consultant (CTU) for the Judiciary and providing appraisals for Public Authorities (including recent assignments for the Azienda USL Toscana Sud Est);
- From property administration, where the “Technical Administrator” figure ensures genuine and competent protection of real estate assets.
